The PBDC course material will be hosted in a private space on PcX: The Permaculture Crossing, a global community of permaculture activists and professionals. Right Livelihood is a public gathering place in the community for permaculturist intent on making permaculture their profession. Be sure to explore, introduce yourself and see what resources the group has to offer.
